Builds on 13-form Tai Chi with added more intensive movements, the 24-form Tai Chi program focuses on fluidity, stillness in motion, and mind-body integration.
Builds on 13-form Tai Chi with added movements, the 36-form Tai Chi program focuses on internal practice, coordination, Qi and meridian activation.
The 83-Form Tai Chi is the most comprehensive and traditional routine in the Boyuan Tai Chi for Health programs. It embodies the full depth of Tai Chi philosophy, movement, and internal cultivation. This form is ideal for experienced practitioners who are ready to explore the higher level of integration between body, Qi, intention, and mind. Participants must have completed the 13-Form Tai Chi, 24-Form Tai Chi, and 36-Form Tai Chi programs or be an experienced Tai Chi practitioner.
"Great truths are often simple (大道至简)." Gongfa (功法) demonstrates the profound wisdom through simplicity. These internal training methods rooted in traditional Chinese medicine and healing systems. Our Gongfa Program is designed to help practitioners activate and enhance Qi sensation, strengthen internal energy, and deepen body-mind awareness.
An 8-week program: Begin your Tai Chi internal cultivation journey by reconnecting with the unseen stillness. This foundational program focuses on posture, breath, and body awareness — the essential roots of Tai Chi practice. Participants will explore how grounding and breath regulation awaken internal energy and prepare the body for deeper movement.
An 8-week program: Dive into the energetic core of Tai Chi. This program focuses on intention and Dantian (energy center) and experiencing how intention, breath and movement align to activate Qi flow. Participants will learn how to integrate breath with form to cultivate vitality and internal strength.
An 8-week program: Building on previous programs, this program explores the upward flow of life force energy. Through refined Tai Chi movements, participants will deepen their inner awareness, enhance vertical alignment, and experience how rootedness supports expansion — physically and energetically.
An 8-week program: In this culminating session, participants will learn to embody stillness within movement — the essence of Tai Chi. The program focuses on fluid transitions, energetic continuity, and the integration of form, breath, and intention. It’s a bridge between technique and inner expression.
